What you'll be doing

  • Review and verify credentials, licenses, and certifications of healthcare providers
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, medical boards, and other organizations to obtain and validate provider information
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the credentialing process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a streamlined credentialing workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in credentialing requirements and regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to healthcare providers throughout the credentialing process
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credentialing policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a credentialing or medical operations role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in data management and record-keeping
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with credentialing software and systems
