About the role
We are seeking a talented Selling Supervisor to join our team This full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving the success of our offline retail stores. Your strategic leadership and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying in-store experience.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and motivating a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitoring and optimizing store operations to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring store compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies
- Providing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to drive the overall success of the retail business
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters team engagement and collaboration
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the home improvement or hardware industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to drive operational improvements
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment
