About the role
Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation) is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Assistants to join our dynamic finance team in our offices in Quezon City, Pasig City, Taguig City and Biñan, Laguna. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for bank reconciliation for various banks
- Processing of check cancellation
- Performs monthly and quarterly VAT validation and reconciliation
- Monitoring and liquidation of Petty Cash and Revolving Fund
- Ensures accurate and appropriate recording of revenues, expenses, accruals, adjustments, etc.
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time
What we're looking for
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation and Basic Accounting is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Eastwood, Quezon City, Ortigas Pasig City OR Taguig City
