We are looking for an experienced Hotel Engineer to join our team at THE LEGEND HOTELS International Corporation' in Pasay City Metro Manila. As a Hotel Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our hotel facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and more
  • Respond to and resolve any maintenance issues or emergencies that arise in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities and identify any potential issues before they become problems
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and work orders
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel maintenance

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a hotel engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with hotel equipment and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools
