Initiates system improvements based on historical data and other references (e.g., cost standardization, contractor mapping, etc.)Assists Project Owners during negotiation by providing pre-assessment of quotations and project details

Handles comprehensive project evaluations for approval, considering compliance to specifications and standards, OPEX and CAPEX analysis, technical analysis, and contractor performance

Project ManagementMonitors contract terms through warranty trackers

Tracks status, timelines, and milestones of ongoing projects

Handles Roof Management Committee (RMC) – Roof Replacement, Waterproofing, Protective Coating, and all Land and Building Improvement (LBI) projects

Consolidates and analyzes reports, issues, and concerns of all malls nationwide for RMC and LBI projects; discussed during weekly/monthly meetings

Collaborates with Technical Heads and Project Owners to generate regional reports and improve committee processes

Coordinates with contractors to resolve major issues and concerns of Project OwnersConsolidates and reports Contractor's Performance Evaluation ratings from all malls nationwide

Ensures contractor compliance with bid documents during project implementation

Organizes and facilitates centralized pre-bid meetings for CapEx and OpEx projects

Coordinates with NDT for Design Standard Criteria verificationQA/QCConducts spot audits on-site to ensure compliance to specifications and standards

Consolidates audit and close-out reports for ongoing projects

Prepares punchlists for new malls before turnover to OperationsCompiles punchlist items and reports to ensure standards compliance

Job RequirementsDegree in BS Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil EngineeringLicensed Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil EngineerAt least 2 years of direct experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or construction works and 1 year in a supervisory engineering role

Good knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
