THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is one of Australia's fastest-growing, purpose-driven fitness brands, recognised for delivering high-intensity, science-based group training that empowers members to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. They are seeking a Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta and Google Ads to own and optimise the paid performance marketing strategy across multiple locations. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a results-driven marketer who thrives on data-led optimisation, creative testing, and building full-funnel campaigns that generate measurable business impact.

This position requires full on-site work at our BGC office for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT). Depending on performance, the role may transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimise multiple Meta and Google ad accounts with a combined monthly spend of $10K+.
  • Develop and refine avatar-specific messaging and creative to maximise engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain consistent lead generation of 20+ qualified leads per studio each week at ~$30 CPL or better.
  • Build, launch, and optimise high-converting landing pages using CRO and A/B testing principles.
  • Run full-funnel campaigns, including cold, warm, and hot audience retargeting.
  • Partner with in-house creative teams to produce effective ad visuals, copy, and formats.
  • Conduct daily performance reviews and implement rapid campaign optimisations.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure lead quality supports conversion goals.
  • Provide clear, data-driven performance reports segmented by funnel stage.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Proven success managing $10K+/month in paid media spend with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, direct response marketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience building landing pages on ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
