Demand Planning Analyst

· Candidate can be a graduate of Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field;

· Minimum of two (2) years of Supply Chain or Business experience;

· Hands on experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning Program (ERP) like SAP or D365 is a clear advantage;

· Tableau or other visualization software is a plus;

· Working knowledge with data and has advance Excel skills;

· Develops demand planning systems to create the best baseline forecast possible;

· Ability to assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast, recommend appropriate revisions and tactics;

· Handles statistical/analytical forecasting exceptions by utilizing demand-planning exception reports to identify and fix potential issues;

· Does regular and clear communication with sales and operations on baseline forecast changes and impacts;

· Participates in yearly budget building process; AND

· Works cross functionally with teams t complete root cause analysis on forecast/order misses and incorporate properly into corrective actions to adjust forecasts.

· Exhibiting a commendable level of critical thinking on the job;

· Able to measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics;

· Keen in monitoring adherence to key performance indicators, while driving continuous improvement;

· Capable to adapt and navigate existing processes; make recommendations to enhance business processes, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies; AND

· Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
