Machine Maintenance Engineer

  1. Daily routine, monitoring of machineries running condition.

  2. Do Preventive Maintenance activities of machineries.

  3. Do daily reporting of activities.

  4. In-charge of machine repair (electrical & mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic).

  5. Execute the Job request form given by the production.

  6. Report any abnormalities regarding the machine.

  7. Assist FE group on machine troubleshoot, PM activities and the like.

  8. Production operation

· Operate equipment safely and effectively.

· Conduct visual inspection of product before processing and proceeding to next

· process.

· Conduct DPM/machine inspection to identify abnormalities in the machine.

· Report any abnormality in product and machine to superior.

· Follow and improve all work instruction and guidelines for proper machine operation

· and maintenance.

· Compliance with company rules and regulations and other duties that may be assigned by the superior that are in line with the achievement of company goals and target.

  1. With knowledge in PLC

  2. Other duties that may be assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of engineering course (Mechanical/Electrical) / BS Industrial Technology
  • At least 2-years' experience in related field.
  • Knowledge in TPM is an advantage.
  • Can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical Problem.
  • Skills in lathe, milling, welding and fabrication.
  • Know how to read Diagram.
  • Able to work in shifting schedule.
  • Able to work in an environment required by the department.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
