ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE

The Accounts Receivable Associate manages end-to-end receivables processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, receipt posting, and sales reporting. The role supports compliance with company policies, internal controls, and established reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer payments to ensure collections are received on time.
  • Perform weekly analysis of Cash Holding Limits.
  • Accurately post and apply customer payments within required timelines.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Sales Reports promptly.
  • Process customer billing in line with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with basic reconciliation capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP accounting systems.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate handling of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The position ensures proper recordkeeping, compliance with internal controls, and complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoice payments accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Reconcile vendor Statements of Account (SOA) and address any variances.
  • Monitor and manage GRNI aging to prevent long-outstanding balances.
  • Conduct daily system reconciliations between Retek and Oracle.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of invoices and supporting documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • High level of accuracy with basic reconciliation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP accounting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
