About the role

We are seeking a talented Branch Service Officer to join our Laoag Branch team at City Savings Bank. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our Laoag City, Ilocos Norte location, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting clients with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
  2. Providing knowledgeable guidance and support to customers on the full range of banking products and services
  3. Accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
  4. Actively cross-selling and up-selling appropriate financial products and services to meet customer needs
  5. Collaborating with branch management to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 year of experience in a customer-facing in a supervisory role within the banking or financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  3. Proficient in cash handling, numerical accuracy, and financial transaction processing
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Familiarity with banking systems, processes, and regulatory requirements
  6. A team-oriented mindset and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the branch
