Fleet Officer

Job Description:

The Fleet Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of company vehicles and heavy equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. This role involves coordinating with drivers, maintenance personnel, and management to ensure all fleet assets are properly utilized, documented, and compliant with company and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the daily operation of all company vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly registered, insured, and comply with LTO and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and repairs.
• Schedule regular preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs with internal mechanics or external service providers.
• Track vehicle movement using GPS or manual logs to ensure efficient routing and usage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure fleet vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
• Manage fleet-related documents such as trip tickets, repair requests, and fuel receipts.
• Assist in the preparation of fleet-related reports, budgets, and cost analyses.
• Recommend and implement measures for fuel efficiency, cost reduction, and operational improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on vehicle usage, driver conduct, and road safety.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding assignments, schedules, and vehicle concerns.
• Support accident investigations and coordinate with insurance or government agencies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
