  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test)

  • Has a table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair.

  • Work from home location is within NCR

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the configuration, set up, testing, implementation and maintenance of client's benefits enrollment system and employer portal based on the required client specifications

  • Provide assistance in creating test scripts, procedures, and other client and company-required documents

  • Conduct analysis of data for system conversion to ensure data behavior is concurrent with client-established parameters

  • Review and audit data exchange transactions and enrollment systems

  • Respond to email and resolve queries or issues raised by the clients

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems or any related course

  • Open to Fresh Graduates

  • Knowledge in US insurance industry is an advantage

  • Familiar with data management applications (i.e. SQL, XML,VB, MS Access) and with HTML

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

  • Excellent in oral and written English communication skills

  • Project duration is from July 2025 to January 2026
