Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This role is crucial to the accurate preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting informed financial decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in
US GAAP, end-to-end accounting processes
from the preparation of financial statements to financial reporting
, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and account reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Monitor bank accounts and perform reconciliations
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation
  • Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes

Qualifications

  • End-to-end Accounting Experience handling international clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    (REQUIRED)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
