We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. Your precision and efficiency will help ensure smooth operations and reliable record-keeping across departments.

Qualifications:

Must be a High School or Senior High School graduate (with diploma or certificate)

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Willingness to work during holidays, weekends, rotating shifts, and extended hours

Must be available to start immediately

Minimum of 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) is required

Primary Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions within set timeframes

Build and maintain trust with customers through professional and responsive communication

Ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and relevant

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Process customer accounts and organize necessary documentation

Follow all company communication standards, procedures, and policies
