Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyse monthly learning hours reports to track staff development progress
- Compile and maintain timelog reports to monitor workforce productivity
- Create and update dashboards to visualise learning hours data and key performance metrics
- Follow up with team members regarding incomplete timelog submissions and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Provide administrative support to the offshore team, including documentation and coordination of team activities
- Prepare and present reports to management using data visualisation tools
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in administrative role, preferably in an multinational setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including pivot tables and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently while supporting a remote team
