Job Description
The Oracle Eloqua Email Production Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on creation of emails and corresponding campaigns in support of our clients' business objectives. This includes the creation and quality assurance of campaigns, segments, and emails with the Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform. Additionally, this role maintains a current understanding of email marketing best practices and applies them to email and campaign development.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performs day-to-day email marketing production activities in Oracle Eloqua, including but not limited to: email asset and template creation via both HTML coding and use of the Eloqua Design Editor; and email campaign creation/set-up, scheduling, and testing
  • Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML emails and templates, responsive design, email testing, list segmentation, email client rendering issues, and other aspects of email marketing execution, as required
  • Stays up-to-date with and recommends email marketing best practices with regards to coding, design, and testing of emails and email campaigns
  • Assists with campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Assists Campaign Managers with other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 (four) years of experience using the Oracle Eloqua marketing automation platform in an asset production capacity
  • Demonstrated experience using a structured QA process to support project delivery
  • Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design, especially relating to email rendering
  • Experience using Litmus or similar platforms for email testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot email coding and rendering issues
  • Experience leveraging tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe XD
  • Exceptional client services and support skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and support skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
  • Ability to work independently, but also demonstrate excellent teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and self-prioritize

Additional Information

  • M to F, 9pm to 6am Manila time
  • Homebased, must have atleast 20 mbps upload and download
