About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner role involving leading project development, managing cross-functional developer teams, and providing subject matter expertise in decentralized finance (DeFi) and stablecoins.

The role also requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics to support global collaboration and alignment. What you'll do:Organize project development: Define project scope, set realistic milestones, and create robust project plans. Manage developer resources: Coordinate cross-functional teams, both local and remote, ensuring efficient collaboration.

Provide subject matter expertise: Have a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and stablecoins to guide technical decisions and ensure the project aligns with industry standards. Operate across geographies: Understanding the regional market dynamics and cultural nuances. What

You Bring:Proven Leadership & Strategic Vision: They should possess strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing complex projects. This includes the ability to define clear objectives, set priorities, and align teams with the project's strategic goals. Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effective communication is key.

The candidate should excel at conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and foster an environment of transparency and trust. Agile & Adaptable Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is vital, particularly in the fast-paced world of blockchain. The ability to adapt to rapid changes, manage risks proactively, and pivot when necessary is a must.

Resource Management & Problem-Solving: Efficiently managing developer resources, budgeting, and timelines while identifying and mitigating risks is crucial. A proactive problem-solver will anticipate challenges before they become roadblocks. Technical Acumen in Blockchain & DeFi a plus: The ability of the candidate to understand blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and the regulatory frameworks that govern stablecoins is an added advantage.
