JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Proven experience as HR Admin Assistant, or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BS/BA in Psychology/Human Resource Management or relevant field; further training will be a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the HR & Admin function and duties
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the other department if needed.
  • Checking and answering inquiries on HR & Admin email.
  • Processing of renewal of certificates (GIS, Brgy Clearance, Business Permit, Fire Safety, Tax Clearance, Environmental Clearance Sign Board Permit, FS/AFS, etc. )
  • Processing of in and out requests of each employee/department/company.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, and grievances
  • Conduct initial interview and coordinate communication with candidates (via email/calls) for application status
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding to newly hired employees
  • Prepares and documents all company fixed properties, including the documentation related thereto but not limited to, proof of purchase, vehicles insurance policies, and warranty cards.
  • Prepares and keeps the documentation pertaining to the assigned company properties to the employees.
  • Ensures the availability and upkeep of all office machines, supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and other celebrations
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned at any given time.

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
