Corporate Operations Engineer

The Corporate Operations Engineer is tasked with primary or shared responsibility for management of internal technology, software, and services in support of Kajabi employees. The role will report to our Lead, Corporate Operations Engineer.

The Impact you will make

  • Respond to users requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
  • Support PC hardware components, Windows/Mac operating system, and application software.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
  • Help monitor endpoint solutions and make sure updates are installed properly.
  • Track and manage inventory of hardware used by Kajabi employees.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and train Kajabi employees and clients with the use of computers, shared services, and audio/visual equipment at the Kajabi Headquarters.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures

Attributes for Success

  • Preferred to be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any computer related field 
  • Experience supporting internal HRIS systems (Sprout)
  • Experience supporting Windows and MacOs in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting abilities in-person and in a remote-working environment
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and technical aptitudes to adapt to new circumstances and learn quickly when facing new problems and challenges
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries and complaints
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Bonus if you have

  • Experience Troubleshooting Windows Devices
  • Previous experience with MDM solutions such as Intune and Jamf Pro
  • Ability to administer two-factor authentication, SSO integration, security protocols, and password management
  • Learn new skills and techniques that improve your own work as well as the rest of the teams
