KEY OBJECTIVE:

  • The primary objective of the Branch Manageris to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by leading and developing a strong, professional Team to attain assigned targets in the most efficient and effective way, mainly in selling quality Mitsubishi vehicles, parts and services for maintenance, repairs and paintings and provide superior warranty service. This objective shall be accomplished in a manner that create strong patronage from delighted customers and offer optimum returns of capital investment.
  • The Business Manager maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Be aware of any opportunities the organization can leverage and pursue for its advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To create and innovate marketing  strategies to strengthen patronage of customers, creating business networks and strengthening of existing networks;
  • To build and enhance strong relations with customers, insurance and bank partners for long term value;
  • To consistently attain monthly service revenue target and achieve key performance indicators including SIU, CRR, CSI and profitability targets. And to consistently achieve monthly parts sales target both of FAPC & MMPC targets and achieve monthly parts purchases of MMPC agreed monthly target; and
  • To lead the entire business work force to align with the overall Company vision and mission;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree of any four-(4) year course. A master's degree in Business Administration/Management is preferable.
  • Must have at least two-(2) to three-(3) years of supervisory experience and at least 3-4 years Managerial experience in marketing or sales especially in car dealership. Exposure to strategic and annual planning, programming, scheduling and budgeting is essential.
  • Requires the ability to report accomplishment in written and oral English language.
  • With background knowledge in the Auto Sales Industry  is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in our Cagayan De Oro branches.
