DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in answering customer inquiries regarding travel services and visa-related questions.
  • Support the processing of travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours, and activities).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to assist with confirming reservations.
  • Help clients organize documents for visa applications and check basic requirements.
  • Assist in visa application and monitoring application status.
  • Maintain and update client records, booking information, and visa tracking sheets.
  • Support the team in resolving booking or visa-related concerns.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Help keep track of travel requirements and visa updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure smooth daily operations.
