Position: Multimedia Artist

Work Set up: Hybrid

Purpose:

To create visually appealing graphics and animations for digital media to support ONE's digitization and marketing initiatives, by developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials including graphics and promotion videos, and other platforms.

Job Responsibilities


• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or ONE business owners on a wide range of materials (e.g. web pages, presentations, promotion videos, brochure, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials) and translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Discuss with ONE business owners and make outstanding design deliverables that maximizes the outcome of marketing communications and campaigns that the business owners intend to achieve
• Design the deliverables that complies with ONE brand guidelines and accurately convey the intended message
• Deliver the design items within the timeframe requested by ONE business owners

Job Requirement


• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to designs for marketing campaigns, preferably within shipping industry and digital contexts.


• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video creation (5 years or more)


• Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other design work


• Proficiency in design and animation tools e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Figma, and Photoshop


• Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.


• Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.


• Experience in using generative AI tools is a bonus.


• Experience in content planning is a bonus.
