Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to be part of our growing electronics manufacturing team. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and testing products to ensure they meet customer requirements and company quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a good understanding of quality tools, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspection and testing of electronic components and finished products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and analyze quality issues, applying problem-solving techniques such as 5 Why Analysis or FMEA.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures based on Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address nonconformities and improve processes.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or equivalent technical course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a QC Engineer in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Well-versed in electronics manufacturing processes and product inspection techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in IMS, FMEA, 5 Why Analysis, and other QC tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work well under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
