What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver engaging content that resonates with our target audience
• Analyse marketing performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Manage and optimize the company's social media presence to build a strong online community
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and activities to promote the company's products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative marketing approaches

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the marketing communications industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills to stay ahead of industry trends
