Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects in an on-site capacity, located in Quezon City. The Project Manager will ensure timely project delivery, manage budgets, allocate resources, supervise project teams, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires effective communication with multiple stakeholders, developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving issues to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Project Management and team leadership, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Proficiency in Inspection and adherence to quality assurance standards for construction and infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management for the effective procurement and transportation of project resources
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies
