We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Ifelse PH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product is both visually appealing and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into interactive, visually compelling designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits for consistency across projects.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Has 1-2 years of experience as UI and UX Designer.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
