Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for offshore roles supporting Australian clients-sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing talent while delivering a smooth, transparent candidate experience.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM MNL | Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid, Makati/Alabang

Salary: PHP 45, PHP 75,

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience & Background

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• 4-5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Recruitment experience within the Project or Program Management space is highly regarded

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask

Your Daily Tasks

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and closing candidates
• Successfully place offshore resources with clients based in Australia

Candidate & Process Management

• Update applicants throughout each stage of the recruitment process
• Assist with the preparation of interview packs

Administrative Support

• Perform administrative tasks to support HR and recruitment operations
