What you will do:

  • Leads and oversees the analysis of business and financial data, as well as market conditions, to identify variances and trends.

  • Identifies opportunities to improve financial analysis procedures, systems, or practices within the department.

  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze financial data, forecast revenue and expenses, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

  • Presents financial analysis and recommendations to company executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Leads and contributes financial expertise to cross-functional teams and special projects through participation in key interdepartmental meetings.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • With 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, management reporting, budgeting & forecasting, and financial modelling.

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.

  • Knowledge in Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
