The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Visualisation Specialist/Researcher with strong AI fluency and creative design skills to join our growing consulting and training team. This is a pivotal role for a sharp, curious mind who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves to turn data and ideas into compelling content and insights.

As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with our CEO and senior consultants to deliver strategic outcomes across the Defence, Space, Shipbuilding, Industry, and Government sectors.

What You'll Do

• We are seeking a highly motivated Data Visualisation Specialist/Research Analyst
• Develop sophisticated client documents or presentations using Office 365 tools (i.e PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and/or design tools (i.e Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc)
• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to conduct various market research/assessment
• Write and develop financial reports, business cases and proposals for Defence, Industry and Government-specific clients
• Meet deadlines in full, on time and at the right level of quality.

About You

Education: College degree or higher in a technical discipline (business, communications, engineering, computer science/AI, data, or design-related fields preferred).

Experience:

• 2–3 years in business analysis, research, data visualisation, or design.
• At least 18 months hands-on experience with generative AI tools for research, content generation, or workflow automation.
• Prior experience in consulting, government, or defence sectors is highly desirable.

Tools You Know:

• Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Bonus: Canva, Notion, or any graphic tools

• Ability to analyse, parse, and synthesise information into clear, structured insights.
• Demonstrated business acumen with an interest in strategy, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Excellent writing, structuring, and proofreading skills for professional reports and proposals.
• Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision after onboarding.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work autonomously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and a positive, can-do attitude.
