The Workshop Technician shall be primarily responsible in ensuring all After Sales services are carried-out on time and adhere to the highest quality level. He/she ensures that cars are diagnosed, maintained, and repaired according to given technical standards resulting in high customer satisfaction.

  • Diagnoses, maintains and repairs cars according to processes and instructions defined by manufacturer's standards
  • Carries-out defined repairs according to brand-specific technical standards and completes these on time
  • Tests vehicles both before and after repair
  • Ensures the highest quality of work through the use of suitable workshop facilities, testing devices, and methods
  • Utilizes all available tools (e.g. service & repair manuals, manufacturer systems, online training courses, etc.) in daily work
  • Updates Service Advisors / Workshop Manager (foreman) regularly about repair and maintenance job status
  • Ensures that the working environment including tools and equipment are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  • Ensures adherence to safety standards at all times

Qualifications

  • TESDA NC2-level or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • With valid Driver's License
  • Operation of Machines: Wheel Alignment; Balancing and Tire Changer
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair of EV electrical systems
