We are seeking a talented and creative Linkedin Social Media VA  to join our team. This role involves producing high-quality content across various digital platforms for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and engaging content for a variety of clients, including blog posts, social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and email newsletters.
  • Draft design guidelines for graphic designers to follow for content visuals.
  • Create scripts for filmed videos, motion graphics, and collaborate with the editor and videographer for production.
  • Prepare monthly summaries of activities and content performance.
  • Analyze social media performance data and draw insights for future content planning.
  • Upload and manage content across various social media platforms and websites.
  • Brainstorm and suggest initiatives and strategies for social media marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and ideas.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain content approvals and deliver progress reports (experience in client communication is a plus).
  • Create briefs for the team (designers, video editors) to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Utilize task management systems to track time, provide updates, and report status.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
  • Strong communication abilities and the ability to craft clear, concise, and creative content.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word; familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience in using task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, with the ability to bring unique value to content.
  • Confidence in presenting and defending creative ideas backed by data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in writing for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization.
  • Experience working with graphic designers or having an eye for design (basic design skills a plus).
  • Knowledge of video scriptwriting for motion graphics and video production.
  • Prior experience in client communication and project management.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to adapt writing styles based on the client's target audience.
