About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating innovative cocktails in a fast-paced, vibrant and social environment. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
  2. Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience
  3. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly cleaned and stored
  4. Assist with inventory management and stock ordering as needed
  5. Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  6. Contribute to the development of new menu items and drink specials
  7. Provide excellent customer service and build a loyal customer base

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar or similar hospitality setting
  2. Thorough knowledge of a wide range of spirits, cocktails, and bartending techniques
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to provide an exceptional guest experience
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
