- Implement targeted learning and development programs to bridge skills gaps and support business goals.
- Promote a high-performance culture by aligning goals, conducting regular reviews, and addressing performance issues effectively.
- Support organizational change by designing strategies, assessing readiness, and delivering training to ensure smooth transitions.
- Foster strong partnerships with leaders, employees, and stakeholders, providing trusted guidance on people-related matters.
- Work closely with HR specialists to align global, regional, and local strategies with operational needs, ensuring consistent and impactful outcomes.

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
