QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in Engineering or technical courses preferably either Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or other related fields.
  • With at least 5 years of experience working with PLC and SCADA systems, preferably with Siemens Solutions and Siemens WinCC OA.
  • With relevant experience working with different communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, and Modbus).
  • With at least 5 years of experience with Instrumentation maintenance and calibration.
  • Relevant Certifications in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, and Networking is a plus.
  • Background in IT Networks, Firewalls, and preferably with IT and OT security.

  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skill.

  • Must have a driver's license and is willing to work flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts Preventive, Reactive, and Corrective maintenance works on the Instrumentation and Control Systems of the Water Supply and Wastewater Facilities.
  • Calibrates process instruments and ensures that the SCADA is capturing accurate sensor measurements.
  • Establishes industrial networks to ensure reliable communication between facilities that have shared or dependent operations.
  • Introduce technological programs for the improvement of the autonomous operation of the facilities.
  • Manages the OT cybersecurity program and resolves security-related tickets in coordination with the IT Information Security team.
  • Manages vendors performing works and/or projects related to Automation and Industrial Communications.
  • Supports the development of standard documents for OT System equipment specifications, standard operating procedures, and related policies.
  • Produces detailed Maintenance reports, Asset Master lists, and other related documentation to analyze Plant Control System Performance.
