Dispatcher (SEASONAL)

Job description

We are looking for organized and dependable individuals to join our restaurant team as Dispatcher during the peak/seasonal period. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the accurate, timely release of food orders to customers or delivery staff, maintaining quality and order flow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to track prepared orders.
• Double-check orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality before release.
• Call out or assign completed orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of all items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatching area.
• Communicate any order issues or delays to service staff or customers.
• Support smooth flow during peak hours by managing queue of outgoing orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in dispatching or food service is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work quickly under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Responsible, organized, and service-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
