Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and Unloading:

Physically assist in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Delivery Support:

Help the driver navigate routes, locate delivery addresses, and assist in organizing packages for efficient delivery.
- Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers to confirm orders, resolve complaints, obtain signatures for deliveries, and accept payments when required.
- Documentation:

Complete and submit delivery records and reports, and verify delivery documents or receipts.
- Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle and report any vehicle defects or issues.
- Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures during loading, unloading, and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Fitness:
