Job Description: Product Marketing Officer

The Product Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of the company's products. This role bridges product management, sales, and marketing by translating product features into customer value, creating go-to-market strategies, and ensuring consistent product positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creator / Graphic Designer (ads, brochures, case studies, client decks, price list formatting, finished projects.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns. Qualifies leads before passing to Account Manager.
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to support product launches, promotions, and growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Define product value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Work with the sales team to provide tools, training, and content that support product selling.
  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, product guides, and case studies.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, events, and promotions for products.
  • Monitor product performance in the market and gather feedback to support product improvements.
  • Analyze customer insights, campaign results, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, digital marketing, and operations) to ensure product success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
