  • At least 1 year and above years of experience
  • Must have a proven customer support experience, ideally within the e-commerce, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Strong, polished written communication and verbal skills in English.
  • Demonstrated experience with subscription management (e.g.Appstle, Shopify) and basic order processing workflows.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while strictly following company guidelines and SOPs.
  • Capable of anticipating potential roadblocks and clearly communicating necessary adjustments or issues to management before they impact customer experience or deadlines.

Your Mission Will Be To:
  • Multichannel Support: Serve as the primary contact for all customer and potential buyer inquiries across email (Gmail) and social media chat (TikTok/Instagram DMs). Responses must be professional, timely, and consistently align with the brand's premium and empathetic tone.
  • Sensitive Complaint Resolution: Handle complex and sensitive issues, particularly those involving stolen or missing orders. Must follow strict internal protocols to process claims and avoid premature refunds.
  • Operational Support: Support the e-commerce team by assisting with the accurate processing and monitoring of marketing orders

  • Software/platforms required: Adaptable to learning new tools quickly, including help desk systems (like Gorgias).
  • We are seeking a highly resourceful and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to provide dedicated remote support for a premium ingestible beauty and holistic wellness brand. 
  • This role is crucial for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, supporting recurring revenue (subscriptions), and ensuring efficient e-commerce operations.
