Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. The Company Nurse will oversee the delivery of basic healthcare services to employees, respond to onsite medical incidents, and provide first aid when needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining health records, administering health and wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The Company Nurse will coordinate with management to foster a safe and healthy workplace environment while providing guidance to employees regarding health concerns.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse with relevant certifications in occupational health and safety
  • Basic and advanced first aid, emergency response, and medical assessment skills
  • Ability to maintain and organize employee health records and prepare accurate reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing health education and advice
  • Proficiency in conducting workplace health initiatives and promoting wellness programs
  • Knowledge of compliance with occupational health laws and regulations
  • Previous experience as a company nurse or in a similar healthcare-focused role is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site at the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone
