We are looking for a Safety Officer (Engineer) to ensure a safe work environment for our bridge and road construction projects. You will implement safety programs, conduct inspections, lead safety trainings, and ensure compliance with DOLE and DPWH standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Enforce site-specific safety programs and PPE compliance.
  • Conduct daily inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
  • Lead safety trainings and emergency drills.
  • Coordinate with project teams to maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification (SO2 or higher).
  • 2–5 years of construction safety experience, preferably in bridge/road projects.
  • Knowledge of RA 11058, DOLE D.O , and related standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
