About the role

SALON DE ROSE, INC.' is seeking a dedicated Audit Personnel to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure the company's financial and operational processes and procedures adhere to industry standards and best practices.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing comprehensive audits of financial records, accounts, and transactions to identify potential risks or inefficiencies
  • Documenting audit findings and preparing detailed reports for management
  • Perform semi-annual inventory physical count at company's warehouse that includes stock inventory and salon tools & equipment inventory.
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
  • CPA passer is a plus
  • With 5 years of relevant experience in internal auditing
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting and auditing standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
