  • Minimum 2 years handling an Australian account (mandatory)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas) on dayshift

Job Overview

You will play a key role in managing Goods Return (GR) and Return Authorisation (RA) processes. Your work ensures accurate validation of claims, timely return collections, and smooth coordination with customers, retailers, logistics partners, and internal teams. This role directly supports compliance with returns policies and Australian Consumer Law.


Key Responsibilities:

GR Administration:

  • Validate GR/RA requests based on company policy and Australian Consumer Law
  • Review and verify photographic proof and supporting documents
  • Approve or reject RA requests accurately
  • Enter return authority and shipping details correctly
  • Coordinate with collections team for proper product recovery
  • Monitor workload queues and respond to emails promptly
  • Support supervisors/managers in clearing pending claims

Reverse Logistics – Collections:

  • Coordinate timely collection of defective/commercial products
  • Maintain daily pending reports and update return statuses
  • Communicate with 3PL, transport partners, retailers, and customers
  • Prevent collection failures and logistical errors
  • Ensure accurate data entry of consignment, GR/DR, and return details
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Maintain alignment with KPIs and company service standards
