  2. Receive and review the Purchase/ Job Requisitions for goods and services together with its

required attachments from FPIP and its subsidiaries

  2. Evaluate the received proposals in a canvass sheet or Abstract of Bids and recommends award

to the most favorable vendor in accordance with the specifications of the requesting party

  1. Prepare and issue Purchase Order and Job Order to vendors

  2. Ensure that the goods delivered are within specifications in coordination with the proponent

  3. Update weekly procurement monitoring reports that will be shared and discussed with the

proponents
