Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Support HR processess
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Manage filing systems and office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in office administration or clerical work
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Work Location: Batangas II, Mariveles Bataan (inside PNOC)
