Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electromechanical Engineering
  • 2–4 years of experience in project engineering, installation, or construction management
  • Proficient in interpreting mechanical, structural, and electrical drawings
  • Working knowledge of material handling, installation practices, and electrical coordination
  • Familiar with tools, consumables, and site equipment monitoring
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • TESDA NC II/III or relevant technical certifications (preferred)
  • COSH Certificate (mandatory for site supervision roles)
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic scheduling tools (e.g., Excel, MS Project)
  • Willing to stay long-term at project locations if required
  • Knows how to drive and has valid driver's license
  • Willing to be assigned in Visayas/ Mindanao provinces
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
