Talent Acquisition Specialist at DITO Telecommunity CorporationOverviewMonitor and process the power bills and water bill of IDC payment on a monthly basis (SITES / IDC/ IBS). Collect power bills from coop/power companies (portal and emails). Check the details to ensure compliance with BIR Rulings regarding invoicing, Company name, TIN

Number, and Address. Record the bill in the SLZ region power bill monitoring. Initiate the bill in the ECMS (workflow).

Check the daily proof of payments emailed by the treasury department for payment details. Email coops/company the proof of payment with BIR 2307 if the coop is taxable. Request for official receipt.

Functions and ResponsibilitiesMonthly cash forecast to HQ for the monthly utilities and water budget. Reconciliation of accounts for IBS sites with pending arrears. Endorsement of documents for new handover sites to HQ portal and newly transferred permanent power sites.

Check payment to BDO for SM IBS Sites and Robinsons Bank for Robinsons IBS Sites. Scan proof of payment and save to corresponding folders in OneDrive. Email tax team for the RFP number of processed and paid SM sites monthly.

Archive initiated utilities documents (Bill, Sales invoice (Previously OR), RFP Top sheet) monthly for submission to AP.Update SLZ region tracker for new handover sites and newly transferred permanent sites. Other ad hoc duties as required. Employment StandardsJob Skills & QualificationsAbility to use office software.

Basic knowledge of finance, taxation, and bills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proven leadership and ability to motivate.
