Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: estimations, stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Update tasks and user stories in JIRA according to sprint progress.
  • Perform code reviews, submit pull requests, manage merges, and assist in software releases.
  • Conduct thorough testing and resolve defects identified by QA or end-users.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture focused on transparency, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor and maintain service deliverables and prepare required reports.
  • Support team members by offering assistance and sharing knowledge when needed.
  • Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Conduct mentoring or training sessions for junior developers as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET development.
  • At least 4 years working with SQL Server.

  • Experience with front-end technologies:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (1+ year)

  • React (1+ year)
  • ES6 or TypeScript (1+ year)
  • Experience with Git (2+ years).
  • Familiar with Agile software development practices (1+ year).

  • Strong understanding of software best practices:

  • SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, DRY, Unit Testing

  • REST APIs and web fundamentals (HTTP, response codes, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Open to learning new tools, patterns, and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to document technical solutions clearly.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and professional growth.
