FIRST ASIA LABOR SERVICE COOPERATIVE IS CURRENTLY IN NEED OF:

POSITION:

• WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

DEPLOYMENT:

• Bldg 3 ACP Compound, Economia St. Bagumbayan, Quezon City ( Landmark: Monark )

CONTRACT:

• Project Based ( October to December / Regularization based on the performance.

Essential Job Functions (in order of importance):

1. Inbound Shipments

• Unloads, counts, and inspects merchandise received from suppliers.
• Ensures that merchandise is in good condition and not expired or near expiration.
• Documents and reports any discrepancies.

2. Merchandise Storage

• Properly stocks and stores merchandise in designated product locations.
• Arranges merchandise according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
• Maintains cleanliness of storage and work areas, ensuring merchandise is free from dust, pests, and water damage.
• Reports any repair and maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager.

3. Distribution

• Processes purchase orders (picking and packing) within the allotted time frame.
• Assists drivers in the delivery of merchandise to stores.
• Provides support to stores in product display when necessary.

4. Inventory Accuracy

• Conducts periodic inventory counts to ensure updated and accurate stock balances.
• Reports breakages, expirations, or near-expiration merchandise to the WMD Supervisor/Manager.

5. Safety

• Implements safety protocols in the warehouse.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards to the WMD Supervisor/Manager.

6. Other Duties

• Performs other functions as may be assigned by the WMD Supervisor/Manager in support of store and HOO requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate
• Strictly for M. only
• F. ( Packer )
• Physically fit; can lift up to Kls more or less.
• Must be residing near the deployment area .
• Minimal tattoo is acceptable (no large or highly visible tattoos)
• Resume must have a applicant's picture.
• With complete pre-employment requirements
• Can start on or before October 2025
