About the role

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and exceptional delivery of food and beverage services for our guests. This full-time position is based in the beautiful Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, where you will oversee a team of dedicated F&B professionals to create an unparalleled dining experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  2. Ensure all food and beverage operations adhere to relevant health, safety, and quality standards
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of menus, recipes, and service procedures
  4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock of food, beverages, and equipment
  5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  6. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  7. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the overall guest experience

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges that arise
  4. Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
  6. Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing guest needs
