We are looking for a Product Specialist who will help grow our market reach and sales target for construction equipment. This role involves direct selling, client coordination, and marketing support. If you are a goal-oriented, persuasive, and familiar with the construction industry—this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress and generating regular performance reports.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any engineering, marketing and business-related course
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
  • Self-driven and able to meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of construction equipment is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • With valid Philippine passport and driver's license
  • Metro Manila resident or willing to relocate
